Refund and Exchange Policy

At Secure The Nails, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We do not accept returns of worn or damaged nails. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO HYGIENE CONCERNS WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND OR IF YOU WISH TO REQUEST A DIFFERENT STYLE/SIZE. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO REVIEW YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE.

Damages and Issues: If the item(s) arrive damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact hello@securethenails.com within 2 weeks of receiving the delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria: 

  • Item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Nails must be unused, and return should include all tool kit items. 
  • Items must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ITEMS RETURNED TO US WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.

Secure the Nails reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

By making a purchase from Secure The Nails, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this refund policy.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
